The Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH is currently implementing its project Enhancing Water Resource Management" (WAMA) in Lebanon. As part of this project GIZ intends to award a contract for Planning & Supervision of Contracting Works for Implementation of Small- Scale Projects in Selected Pilot Areas Lejouj Transmission Line.
The scope of works includes:
1. Supply and installation of a new 180 HDPE transmission pipeline extending 1,800m and supplying Baalbeck with all required fittings and accessories as per the design drawings with proper testing + commissioning. The new pipeline alignment will follow an existing track road, minimizing major excavation.
2. Construction of two valve chambers with all required fittings and accessories as per the design drawings, one near the connection point (near the Break Tank) and another near the tie-in point with the existing Ductile Iron line
Construction work is expected to be performed and completed approximately within one month from signing of contract, between 01.10.2025 and 01.12.2025.

a. Technical
To qualify for consideration in the tender procedure, interested companies are required to submit the following information and documents for eligibility assessment before the financial assessment:
Technical Offer including:
- Official letter of Tender
- Company details including full company name, full address, phone and email
- Copy of company registration certificate
- Copy of valid, engineering association registration
- Company profile including number of employees (permanent / temporary in total) and number of professional staff qualified to perform the works, as specified in the eligibility grid. Minimum number of employees need to be at least 10.
- References of works of similar nature as specified in the eligibility grid (performed within the last five (5) years)
- Total value of works of similar nature as specified in the eligibility grid (for each of the last five years (5) years)- minimum value- 100,000 Euro
- Annual total turnover for each of the last three (3) years as specified in the eligibility grid- at least 150,000 Euro
- Evidence of ownership of equipment and machinery necessary to execute the works or evidence of possibility to hire the same
b. Financial
Financial Offer including:

Only applications containing the mentioned documents will be taken into consideration.
All documents must be submitted in English.
