Call for Tender – External Audit Firm

Peace of Art is seeking proposals from qualified and licensed audit firms to conduct an external audit.

Scope of Work:

  • Audit of financial statements in line with International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
  • Review of internal controls and financial management practices.
  • Issuance of audit opinion and management letter with recommendations.

Project Details:

  • Project period: 30/09/2023 – 30/08/2025
  • Audit report deadline: 15 October 2025 (report must be submitted by this date)

Eligibility:

  • Licensed and registered audit firm in Lebanon.
  • Experience in auditing NGOs and donor-funded projects.
  • Qualified team with proven expertise in international and local standards.

Submission Requirements:

  • Company profile and legal registration documents.
  • Relevant NGO audit experience and references.
  • CVs of key auditors.
  • Technical and financial proposal (in USD).
