Call for Poultry & Red Meat Suppliers (Framework Agreement) – Lebanon

LSR is procuring poultry and red meat under a framework agreement with call-offs by weekly purchase orders.
Estimated volume: ~150 kg chicken + 150 kg beef/veal per week (volumes may vary).


Items:
• Chicken breast fillet (boneless/skinless), thighs/drumsticks, whole chicken 1.0–1.3 kg.
• Beef/veal


Quality & safety: HALAL certified; fresh, not frozen; chilled ≤4 °C at delivery; no added water; vacuum-sealed/food-grade packs (1–5 kg); MOA/MOPH veterinary & slaughter certificates; batch/lot traceability; HACCP/ISO 22000 (or equivalent) preferred.


Delivery: DDP to LSR Central Kitchen – South lebanon - Jdaydet marjaayoun (and other LSR sites incl. Tripoli if requested), Mon–Sat 08:00–16:00; cold-chain vehicles required.


Contract: 3-month framework, non-exclusive, renewable based on performance and funding.
Payment terms: Bank transfer/OMT, Net 15–30 days after accepted delivery (state your terms). Prices in USD 

LSR upholds PSEA/anti-fraud standards and may verify information or reject any/all bids.

  • Quotation (unit prices per kg by item,Date, signed and stamped, currency, validity ≥60 days).
  • Company registration.
  • Food safety certifications (HACCP/ISO 22000 or equivalent) & HALAL certificate.
  • Cold-chain/logistics proof (vehicle license/inspection).
  • Two recent client references (food service/INGO preferred).
  • Delivery lead time and payment terms.
