UTOPIA Association is seeking community focal points from Koura to support the expansion of the Boussleh service mapping initiative under the EU-funded WE’AM Project, led by Oxfam, ALEF and partners.

About Boussleh and the Community-Based Service Map

The Boussleh initiative is a youth-led, participatory process that compiles, verifies, and shares information on available services—including protection, health, education, livelihoods, and psychosocial support. The service map is produced in digital and printed formats, making information accessible to all, including people with low connectivity or literacy.

By expanding to Koura, Boussleh will help reduce misinformation, address perceptions of aid bias, and strengthen trust between host communities, refugees, and newcomers through equal access to accurate, community-verified information.

 

Role of Focal Points

Focal points will:

• Serve as a bridge between the community and the project team, sharing updates and gathering feedback.
• Support the collection and verification of service information for the Koura Boussleh map.
• Mobilize and engage diverse groups (youth, women, elderly, refugees, newcomers, and persons with disabilities).
• Facilitate community outreach sessions to promote use of the service map.
• Uphold inclusion, accountability, and neutrality in all activities.

Eligibility Criteria

• Reside in Koura district.
• Preferably below 35 years old.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous volunteer or community engagement experience is an asset.
• Women, non-Lebanese, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged to apply.

تعلن جمعية يوتوبيا عن حاجتها إلى نقاط ارتكاز مجتمعية من قضاء الكورة للمشاركة في تنفيذ مبادرة بوصلة ضمن إطار مشروع وئام الممول من الاتحاد الأوروبي بقيادة أوكسفام، جمعية ألف، وشركائهما

عن مبادرة بوصلة والخريطة المجتمعية للخدمات

بوصلة هي مبادرة يقودها الشباب تهدف إلى جمع وتوثيق ونشر معلومات دقيقة عن الخدمات الصحية والاجتماعية المتوفرة في المجتمع مثل الحماية والصحة والتعليم وسبل العيش والدعم النفسي الاجتماعي، بالإضافة إلى خدمات للأشخاص ذوي/ات الإعاقة وكبار السن والخطوط الساخنة.

الخريطة متوفرة بنسخة رقمية عبر الانترنت ورمز الاستجابة السريعة ونسخة ورقية لتكون متاحة للجميع بمن فيهم الأشخاص ذوي/ات الإعاقة أو من لديهم اتصال محدود بالانترنت
بعد نجاح التجربة في طرابلس والضنية سيتم توسيع المبادرة إلى الكورة لتعزيز الشفافية ومواجهة الشائعات وتخفيف التوترات الناتجة عن نقص أو تضارب المعلومات من خلال إتاحة وصول عادل إلى معلومات موثوقة
 

مهام نقاط الارتكاز

• تمثيل حلقة وصل بين المجتمع وفريق المشروع ونقل الملاحظات والاقتراحات
• المساعدة في جمع والتحقق من معلومات الخدمات لإدراجها في خريطة بوصلة الكورة
•  تعبئة وتحفيز فئات المجتمع المختلفة من شباب ونساء وكبار سن ولاجئين ووافدين جدد وأشخاص من ذوي/ات الإعاقة
•   ⁠المشاركة في تنفيذ جلسات مجتمعية حول الخريطة وآلية استخدامها
•  الالتزام بمبادئ الحياد والشمولية وعدم إلحاق الضرر

شروط التقديم

•  الإقامة في قضاء الكورة
•  العمر يفضل أن يكون أقل من خمسة وثلاثين سنة
•  مهارات تواصل جيدة
•  خبرة سابقة في العمل التطوعي أو المجتمعي تعتبر ميزة إضافية
•  النساء وغير اللبنانيين/ات والأشخاص ذوي/ات الإعاقة مشجعون/ات بقوة على التقديم

• تدريب وبناء قدرات على الحماية وجمع البيانات والتواصل المجتمعي
• بدل رمزي لتغطية النفقات الميدانية
• فرصة للمشاركة في مبادرة رائدة لتعزيز الشفافية والتماسك الاجتماعي في لبنان
