Education/Outreach Officer

Technical & Programmatic

• Conduct outreach for the Back-to-School program and carry out house visits to support vulnerable groups.
• Support the implementation of educational activities (Retention Support Program and others).
• Mobilize and strengthen community structures, including women’s groups.
• Facilitate consultations, orientation sessions, and community feedback mechanisms.
• Provide technical support to partners and ensure safe programming is integrated.
• Participate in defining and applying inclusive community participation methods.

Project Quality & MEAL

• Collaborate with the MEAL Officer on surveys, data collection, progress reports, and lessons learned.
• Document best practices and ensure learning is captured throughout the project cycle.
• Participate in project quality meetings, field visits, and learning events.

Coordination & Representation

• Represent ADRA in coordination with local authorities, INGOs, NGOs, and partners.
• Maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and partners.
• Support the coordination of donor/partner visits.
