Call for a Consultant for Developing a Complaint and Feedback Response Mechanism – CFRM

The consultant will be responsible for establishing a clear, accessible, and transparent framework that provides multiple channels through which beneficiaries, staff, and stakeholders can safely voice concerns, report issues, raise complaints, provide constructive feedback, and suggest areas for improvement.
