Basmeh & Zeitooneh is a registered Lebanese organization committed to serving refugees and vulnerable communities in Lebanon through six community centers across the country. A key pillar of B&Z’s work is its Civil Society Enablement Unit (CSEU), which focuses on strengthening civil society organizations (CSOs) and grassroots initiatives in the region. Operating in a highly fragile context, the CSEU supports CSOs to enhance their organizational resilience, advocacy capacities, and ability to promote human rights and democratic values.
The Civil Society Enablement Unit (CSEU), with the support of Bread for the World, seeks the services of qualified consultants, consultancy teams, or firms to undertake the external evaluation of the "Enhancing Civic Space and Human Rights project".
