About Aie Serve

Aie Serve is a youth-led, youth empowerment NGO established in 2007 with the core values of Respect, Acceptance, and Love. We believe in the model of empowering youth, acting as an enabler, for them to serve and develop their local communities. We have several programs operating for more than 12 years: Aie Clubs, Aie Consult, Aie Skills, Aie Power and Aie Exchange. We have implemented small projects that lasted between a few months to more than a year. Some of them include youth capacity-building workshops, camps and Training of Trainers (ToT), assessing and consulting youth on establishing or enhancing their own NGOs, youth exchange programs, youth mental health-related programs, youth economic empowerment (employability, upskilling, and entrepreneurship), among others.

About the Project & Scope of Work:

Aie Serve is in process to implement the “Aie Serve Youth Clubs for Social Cohesion and Empowerment Initiative” funded by the WEAM Initiative, therefore Aie Serve will implement the following activities under the Aie Serve Youth Clubs for Social Cohesion and Empowerment Initiative:

  1. Youth Club Formation and Recruitment;
  2. Leadership and Capacity-Building Training;
  3. Community Needs Assessment;
  4. Implementation of Youth-Led Community Projects;
  5. Inter-Community Dialogues and Engagement Activities;
  6. Monitoring and Mentorship;
  7. Communication and Awareness;
  8. Sustainability and Exit Strategy;

Position Type: Full-time
Duration: 3 months
Location: Beirut / Mount Lebanon
Reporting to: Aie Serve Board of Directors

Purpose

To manage, coordinate, and ensure the timely and high-quality implementation of the Aie Serve Youth Clubs initiative across all target locations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage the project work plan and timeline.
  • Supervise project staff and consultants.
  • Oversee budget execution and reporting in coordination with finance staff.
  • Ensure effective coordination with partners, stakeholders, and donors to achieve optimal results.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with the objective.
  • Lead periodic review and reflection sessions with the team.
  • Provide inputs to communication materials and donor reports.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s in social sciences, development, or related fields
  • At least 5 years of experience managing youth, development, or peacebuilding projects.
  • Proven leadership and team coordination skills
  • Strong report writing and budget oversight capacity
  • Fluency in Arabic and English.
