The Polish Center for International Aid (PCPM) with the secured funding from the Lebanon Humanitarian fund (LHF), is in the process of implementing a humanitarian project that will provide community-driven, immediate assistance to newly arrived households in underserved areas of Akkar and Hermel, who are grappling with food insecurity. Activities focus on integrated, tailored support to meet the most urgent humanitarian needs of newcomers in priority areas.
This will be achieved through the provision of daily hot meals for newcomers residing in collective shelters in Sahl Akkar, distributed for 90 days.
PCPM hereby invites communal kitchens in North Lebanon and Akkar Governorates to submit a Bid to this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the above-referenced subject.

Interested candidates are requested to prepare the bid in 2 separate, password encrypted folders (technical and financial) in accordance with the requirements and procedures set out in this ITB and submit it by the Deadline for Submission of Bids set out in Bid Data Sheet.
The only eligible applicants for this ITB are legally registered entities operating communal kitchens. Please note that catering companies are not eligible for this bid.
Please acknowledge receipt of this ITB by sending an email to lebanon.procurement@pcpm.org.pl, indicating the willingness to be a part of this bid. This will enable you to receive amendments or updates to the ITB.
