Berytech is a leading organization in the Entrepreneurial Eco-system in Lebanon, that aims to provide a conducive environment for the creation and development of startups, through incubation, business support, counseling, funding, networking, and the company hosting, hence taking part in the economic revival of the country, participating in wealth and job creation, and retaining graduates and high-level skills in Lebanon.
The ILO project supports entrepreneurs in developing their business models, refining their strategies, and improving their chances of success. As part of this initiative, a Go-To-Market (GTM) expert will guide participating startups in building and refining their market strategies and testing their launch approach.
The Objectives of the workshop are:
- Enable startups to design and refine their Go-To-Market strategies.
- Support startups in identifying target customers, value propositions, and market positioning.
- Provide practical frameworks and tools for market validation and penetration.
Scope of work
- Support the startups in creating or refining their initial business model that will help guide their next steps.
- Help startups identify their beachhead market and plan their pilot launch (if not launched yet).
- Help startups assess their current market and go-to-market strategy (if already in market).
- Help the startups identify relevant market penetration approaches and market channels.
- Guide the startups in defining go to market success metrics.
- Guide the startups in developing their market testing plan.
- Enable startups with the tools and frameworks to plan their launch or expansion.
- Guide the startups towards developing collaborations and partnerships to serve their Go-To-Market plan.
Deliverables:
- Conducting 1 Go-To-Market Workshop in person of 3-hours on 29 September 2025.
- Conducting 2 one-on-one sessions for each 8 startups (total of 16 sessions), to be delivered between 29 September 2025 and 5 October 2025 assisting them in developing their Go-To-Market Strategies (GTM) plans. The duration of each session is 1 hour.
- No less than 7 years of experience in the field of business development, market studies, startup support, and economic development or any related field and associated with high academic background.
- Certification in “Lean Startup Methodology” would be a plus, in addition to having industry knowledge.
- Ability to lead workshops with multidisciplinary teams and support each individuals’ style and growth.
- Rigorous business acumen across many of the following areas: Product Development, Product Management, Start-ups, Marketing (Product or Brand), Organizational Behavior, Operations, Finance, and Design
- Experience working with startups
- Excellent communication skills
- Strategic in thinking and analytical in execution.
