Project Coordinator - Digital Learning and Psychosocial Support Project

Ana Aqra Association is seeking a Project Coordinator to implement its Digital Learning and Psychosocial Support Project, improving education for in- and out-of-school children and supporting teachers. The role ensures timely delivery, donor compliance, and coordination with field teams and key partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Implementation: Support planning, assess schools/sites, oversee activities (IDC kits, libraries, trainings, PSS/SEL, BLN), and monitor progress.
  • Field Coordination & Supervision: Supervise field teams, conduct visits, address challenges, and promote teamwork.
  • Donor & Partner Coordination: Act as focal point with BSF/stakeholders, ensure compliance, and represent the project in meetings.
  • Procurement & Compliance: Oversee procurement processes, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEAL): Collaborate on data collection, assessments, attendance, and feedback mechanisms.
  • Safeguarding & Child Protection: Uphold safeguarding and PSEA, ensure safe and inclusive spaces, and manage referrals.
  • Financial Management: Track expenditures, report discrepancies, and support audits/reporting.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Produce regular reports, organize project files, and contribute to success stories.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Educational Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination or management, preferably in education or humanitarian settings.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and work under pressure.
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Strong computer skills, especially MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred:

  • Experience with donor-funded projects and international partner coordination.
  • Familiarity with MEHE procedures and policies.
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and donor compliance standards.
  • Training in safeguarding, child protection, or PSEA.
  • Experience with digital learning technologies or EdTech solutions.
