Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with beneficiaries enrolled in vocational training, apprenticeships, or collectives, especially those facing barriers to participation.
- Identify and support at-risk individuals who may drop out or need additional support (e.g., transport, family negotiations, social stigma).
- Support the inclusion of persons with disabilities and women in non-traditional livelihood paths.
- Collaborate with women's support networks and collectives to promote protection and mutual solidarity.
- Help foster trust and positive interaction between Syrian and Lebanese communities.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of all cases, respecting confidentiality and data protection standards.
- Contribute to narrative reports, success stories, and case studies for the project MEAL system.
- Participate in coordination meetings with training staff and project officers.

Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social work, preferably in livelihoods, protection, or community-based projects.
• Solid understanding of the socio-economic challenges facing Syrian refugees and Lebanese host communities in Bekaa.
• Prior experience working with women, youth, and/or persons with disabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and cultural sensitivity skills.
• Fluency in Arabic required; working knowledge of English is a plus.
