Under Porticus IV, World Learning is recruiting 4 to 6 data collectors (Consultants) to pilot the SSES survey tools. The call for consultants will target university students majoring in psychology or education for the role of SSES Data Collector. The qualitative pilot phase will include interviews with 24 students and 20 teachers across 6–8 schools in Beirut and Mount Lebanon.
1. Mandatory Qualifications
- Academic background as a 3rd-year undergraduate or Master’s student in Psychology or Education.
- Familiarity with digital data collection tools (surveys, questionnaires), ability to use data entry devices (tablets, smartphones, computers), and capacity to conduct on-the-spot recording and transcription.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain questions clearly and interact respectfully with teachers and students
- Fluency in written and spoken English, Arabic, and French
- Organizational skills, including the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and follow protocols consistently
2. Assets:
- Prior experience in conducting structured interviews or surveys, survey administration, or research data collection
- Experience working with adolescents or teachers in school environments.
