Rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities inside three Collective Shelters.

Oxfam is supporting the Syrian refugees (new arrivals) through WaSH rehabilitation works inside three Collective Shelter in north Bekaa. Therefore, Oxfam is seeking a supplier/contractor for the “Rehabilitation of water and sanitation facilities inside three collective shelters”

Mandatory office visit for a presentation to be held by the program team and then to proceed with a visit to the site. Date : 10 October 2025 at 10 AM(Oxfam Zahle office = https://goo.gl/maps/Z9LRCCUAWisESgd59) Interested suppliers should send email to Lebanonprocurement@oxfam.org.uk. The company/ individual(s) should have the following competencies:

Essential

1. The legal registration documents of the company
2. I.D. card for the person signing on the bid empowered by the power of attorney. 
3.  The company should provide CVs of key personnel (e.g., Site Engineer).
4. Confirmation letter of delivery time 6 working days. Please attach a letter.
5. Data sheets for the following items specified in the BoQ. Each data sheet must be saved as a separate file with the corresponding item name.

• Solar lamp
• Solar Water Heater
• Water Tank
• Water Pump
• Western seat
• Water Mixer
• Shower set

6. The company should demonstrate experience in rehabilitation and construction works relevant to this assignment (e.g., WASH facilities, toilets, water supply systems, building refurbishment, or other small- to medium-scale civil works). Please attach a table including project title/description, location, contract value, date and status)

7. Proficiency in the relevant market of this request (Reference of two or more clients within similar scope we need (Preferable with NGOs) (NGO Name or private client name, contact person and email, project description, locations, value of money).
