Request for Quotation – Designer for Arabic Language Curriculum

1 – Overview:
Amel Association International (Amel) is a Lebanese and non-sectarian NGO created in 1979. Amel works through 30 centers, 6 mobile medical units, 2 mobile education units and 1 protection unit, and for more than 40 years has supported the poorest regions of Lebanon, from Beirut and its South Suburbs to Mount Lebanon, Bekaa and South Lebanon. Amel offers accessible services for all in the following fields: food security, health, education, protection, child protection, gender-based violence, livelihood, promotion and protection of human rights, rural development
2 – Scope of work:
Amel under its Education program is looking for an Arabic Curriculum Developer Consultant to develop the Arabic content for the remedial booklets. The objective of the remedial sessions is to review the core learning objectives and competencies of the past academic year to prepare the children for the next academic back to school. The children who will benefit from the remedial sessions will be the children enrolled in grades 1 to 6. The curriculum will consist of explanation of lessons and a variety of exercises (to meet all student’s needs) that will be designed as per the learning objectives and aligned with the Lebanese national curriculum.
3 – Terms of reference (TOR):
Please refer to the attached - Annex A - TOR - Curriculum designer Arabic
Note:
- The selected supplier must be responsible for Providing the required services within the required period.
- Amel reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of Sessions.
4 – The quotation must include:
- The number of the registration in the ministry of finance (if existing)
- VAT
- Prices in USD
- Delivery period
- Validity of the Quotation
5 – Required Documents:
All Bidders are required to send the below requirements procurementdpt@amel.org with the subject “RFQ - 05046 - Psychologist for Group session for MH in the workforce” copying procurement@amel.org and procurementfield@amel.org :
- A signed and stamped quotation.
- The technical and methodological approach for the staff care consultancy including the possibility to have the sessions
- Certificate of the registration in the ministry of finance (الشهاد المالية). and all related legal papers including owner ID.
- Annex B - Vendor Pre-Qualification Form, If Applicable
- Acknowledged Annex C - Amel Suppliers Pact of Conduct – English
6 – Payment Terms:
- Bank transfer or OMT Payments

8 – Timeframe
- Quotations and the requested papers should be submitted on or before 11th of Sep 2025
– Important
Kindly note that the quotation will be automatically rejected if
- The bidder doesn’t send all the requested papers (mentioned in number 5).
- The quotation doesn’t include the requirements (mentioned in number 4).
- The quotation is received after the deadline.
