Oversee the daily workflow of the departments/sectors.
Developing recruitments strategies and managing the staffing process.
Interviewing Candidates.
Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with the hired staff.
Implementing systems for managing staff benefits, payroll and onboarding new employees.
Maintaining staff records.
Developing training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
Maintain HR systems and processes.
Ensure all company policies are applied consistently and are according to the Lebanese labor law.
Conducting salary reviews on yearly basis.
Provide support and guidance to HR staff and employees.
Coordinating with management and other departments/sectors to ensure the strategic goals and aligned with association.
Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
Creating clear and concise reports.
Design and implement employee retention strategies.
Performing other duties as assigned by the Executive Director
