Bakery Salesperson / موظف/ة مبيعات في المخبز

Key Responsibilities / المسؤوليات الأساسية:
• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present bakery items, explain ingredients, and suggest products based on customer preferences.
• Handle cash, card payments, and issue receipts accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness of the counter, display shelves, and equipment.
• Refill and organize baked goods on shelves as needed.
• Monitor product freshness and remove expired or damaged items.
• Support the bakery team in packaging and light preparation when necessary.

• استقبال الزبائن بطريقة لبقة ومحترفة.
• عرض منتجات المخبز وشرح المكونات واقتراح الخيارات المناسبة حسب رغبة الزبون.
• التعامل مع عمليات الدفع النقدي وبالبطاقة وإصدار الفواتير بدقة.
• الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب الكاونتر وأرفف العرض والمعدات.
• إعادة تعبئة وتنظيم المنتجات على الأرفف عند الحاجة.
• مراقبة طزاجة المنتجات وإزالة أي مواد منتهية الصلاحية أو تالفة.
• المساعدة في التعبئة أو التحضير الخفيف عند الحاجة لدعم الفريق.

Qualifications & Skills / المؤهلات والمهارات المطلوبة:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in retail, preferably in a bakery or food shop.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Neat appearance and attention to hygiene.
• Team spirit, reliability, and punctuality.
• Ability to work flexible shifts (mornings, weekends, holidays).
