1. Background
Within the framework of the LHF- funded project titled “Expanded humanitarian emergency response through the provision of integrated Protection and GBV services to those most impacted by the conflict in BML Governorate of Lebanon.” SIDC will be organizing Frontline Well-Being Interventions. This initiative will provide structured training sessions focused on stress management, resilience building, and self-care for frontline workers including social workers and peer educators.
2. Objectives of the Intervention
The overall objective is to strengthen the capacity of frontline staff to maintain high-quality service delivery while safeguarding their own mental, emotional, and psychological well-being.
Specific Objectives:
- Build resilience and coping strategies among social workers and peer educators.
- Provide practical tools for stress management and self-care.
- Support peer educators in their role of providing GBV-related services while maintaining personal well-being.
- Monitor and assess perceived well-being improvements of participants through pre- and post-training evaluations.
3. Scope of Work
The consultant or training provider will deliver separate or joint interventions for the following two target groups:
Lot 1 - Social Workers (GBV Programs):
- Conduct five well-being sessions for 10 social workers per session recruited and trained on GBV.
- Focus areas: stress management, resilience building, self-care, handling emotional challenges.
- Utilize participatory, interactive, and evidence-based training methods.
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments to measure perceived well-being improvements.
Lot 2 - Peer Educators:
- Conduct three well-being sessions for 15 peer educators.
- Focus areas: resilience, self-care, and maintaining well-being while supporting vulnerable populations.
- Ensure practical guidance for safe service delivery in shelters and online platforms.
- Conduct pre- and post-assessments to track learning outcomes and perceived well-being.
Additional Responsibilities for Both Lots:
- Prepare training materials, including manuals, handouts, and assessment tools.
- Provide session and final reports summarizing implementation, participant assessments, and recommendations.
- Ensure the training is delivered in a culturally sensitive and gender-responsive manner.
4. Expected Deliverables
- Pre- and Post-Assessment Tools: Standardized tools to measure participant well-being and learning outcomes.
- Training Reports: Summary of each session, attendance sheets, participant feedback, and assessment results.
- Final Report: Comprehensive report including methodology, findings, challenges, lessons learned, and recommendations.

Note on Scope of Application
Applicants may apply for one or both components of the intervention:
- Lot 1 – Training for Social Workers (GBV Programs)
- Lot 2 – Training for Peer Educators
Applicants should indicate clearly in their Cover Letter and Technical Proposal whether they are applying for:
(a) Lot 1 only,
(b) Lot 2 only, or
(c) Both Lots.
If applying for both, separate technical and financial proposals must be submitted for each lot. Each proposal will be evaluated independently.

Evaluation Criteria
Proposals will be evaluated based on:
- Technical approach and methodology (50%)
- Relevant experience and qualifications (30%)
- Cost-effectiveness and budget clarity (20%)
