Political Leadership Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training modules on political campaigning, governance, negotiation, media presence, and leadership.
• Guide participants in building campaign strategies, message framing, and voter outreach.
• Support simulation exercises, debates, and peer-learning activities.
• Provide mentorship to selected participants during the post-training phase.
• Contribute to reporting, feedback collection, and training evaluation.

Qualifications

• Proven experience (5+ years) in political training, campaign management, or leadership coaching.
• Strong understanding of Lebanese political structures and electoral processes.
• Excellent facilitation skills and ability to engage diverse participants.
• Fluency in Arabic is required (English and French is a plus).
