Fundraising Trainer (Adapted to the Lebanese Context)

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a tailored fundraising curriculum that reflects Lebanon’s current financial and regulatory realities.
  • Deliver interactive workshops on donor mapping, proposal writing, campaign planning, and resource mobilization.
  • Teach participants how to approach private-sector partnerships, diaspora contributions, and small-scale local donors.
  • Support participants in creating a realistic fundraising plan aligned with their project goals.
  • Contribute to reporting, evaluation, and documentation of training outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, grant management, or NGO development in Lebanon or the MENA region.
  • Deep understanding of the Lebanese funding environment, donor priorities, and challenges facing local NGOs.
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or capacity-building roles.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills in Arabic and English (French is an asset).
