1. Background
The Lebanese Association for Democratic Elections (LADE), with the support of the European Union, is implementing the Lebanon Electoral Reform Initiative 2026. This 30-month project aims to support national efforts toward comprehensive and inclusive electoral reform through research, advocacy, and public engagement.
As part of the initiative, LADE is producing a series of research papers addressing key thematic areas of electoral reform. To enhance the reach and accessibility of this work, LADE seeks to produce a series of five short videos, each summarizing the findings and recommendations of one of the research papers in an engaging, visual, and accessible format.
2. Objective
The objective of this call is to engage the public and key stakeholders in the ongoing reform conversation by translating complex research findings into accessible audiovisual content that can be shared on LADE’s social media platforms.
3. Scope of Work
The selected video producer will be responsible for:
- Developing concepts and storyboards for five videos, each based on a research paper provided by LADE.
- Producing five animated or mixed-media videos (style to be agreed upon) that summarize and visually represent the findings of each paper.
- Delivering finalized videos in formats suitable for online sharing, presentations, and broadcast.
Note: LADE needs to approve suggested presenters for the videos.
