HR Intern

General Tasks

1-Revise and Create Job Descriptions

  • Update existing job descriptions based on structural changes.
  • Draft job descriptions for newly created or currently undocumented roles, in coordination with relevant department heads.
  • Ensure all job descriptions are aligned with company standards and format.

2-Filing and Documentation

  • Organize and maintain employee files and HR documents in both physical and digital formats.
  • Assist in archiving old files according to HR retention policies.
  • Verify the accuracy of documents before filing

3-Administrative and department Support

  • Maintain HR documentation and files related to job descriptions and recruitment.
  • Participate in HR team meetings and contribute to related projects as required.
  • Participate in Team meetings and collaborate with the HR team.

 

Skill set and competencies

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of HR or administrative processes is an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Good communication skills and a cooperative attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to learn and contribute to the HR team’s goals.
