About Rahma
The Association des Jeunes Islamiques (ADJI) is a leading Lebanese non-profit organization established in 1997. It provides high-quality rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and psychosocial support to persons with disabilities (PwDs), children with disabilities (CwDs), and the elderly.
ADJI also operates the Rahma Primary Health Care Center (PHCC) in Tripoli a facility licensed by the Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) and a member of the national primary healthcare network. Rahma PHCC delivers inclusive and comprehensive health services to underserved populations in North Lebanon.
The organization maintains a zero-tolerance policy on Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (SEA) and fully enforces the PSEA Code of Conduct for all its staff and representatives.
About the Project
Rahma PHCC is currently implementing a 12-month, community-based health and nutrition intervention, funded by the Lebanon Humanitarian Fund (OCHA/CBPF) under project code CBPF-LEB-25-S-NGO-35817.
The project aims to reach 7,000 vulnerable individuals in Tripoli and North Lebanon particularly in underserved areas like Jabal Mohsen and Abi Samra. It provides life-saving primary healthcare services, including:
- Nutrition
- Mental health and psychosocial support (MHPSS)
- Sexual and reproductive health (SRH)
- Immunization services
All services are delivered through a multidisciplinary, community-driven approach.

How to Apply
Interested companies and licensed drugstores are kindly requested to:

Important Notes
• This offer is submitted with the intent of concluding a purchase agreement valued at USD 10,000.
• Offers must be valid for at least 30 days from submission date.
• All products must have a minimum remaining shelf life of 12 months.
• This quantities are estimated, it can be changed later with 10% of the total.
• Only sealed and stamped hard copies will be accepted.

• Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
• Suppliers will be evaluated based on the following criteria: the most competitive price, discount value, offer value, availability of free delivery, exchange and return options, longest shelf life, and the possibility of receiving quantities in multiple request rather than in a single delivery, Past experience with ADJI, Payement facility.

المستندات المطلوبة
يجب تقديم العروض ضمن ظروف منفصلة مغلقة ومختومة، تحتوي على ما يلي:
• المستندات القانونية (للموردين الجدد فقط):

o شهادة التسجيل في وزارة المالية
• العرض المالي:
o الأسعار النهائية بحسب نموذج الـ RFQ المرفق
o نموذج الـ RFQ مكتمل وموقّع
• العرض الفني:
o تواريخ انتهاء الصلاحية
o شروط التسليم (مثل: التوصيل المجاني، مدة الصلاحية، سياسة الإرجاع)
ملاحظات مهمة
• إن قيمة هذا العرض هو من اجل التوصل لاتفاقية شراء ستكون بقيمة 10.000 دولار لا غير.
• يجب أن تكون العروض صالحة لمدة لا تقل عن 30 يومًا من تاريخ التقديم.
• يجب أن تتمتع جميع المنتجات بـ مدة صلاحية متبقية لا تقل عن 12 شهر.
• ان هذه الكميات هي تقديرية و تحتمل التغيير او التبديل بنسبة 10%.
• يتم قبول النسخ الورقية فقط شريطة أن تكون مختومة ومغلقة
• لن يتم النظر في الطلبات غير المكتملة أو المتأخرة.
• سيتم المفاضلة بين الموردين بناءاً على: السعر الافضل، قيمة الحسم، قيمة العرض، امكانية التوصيل المجاني، امكانية التبديل و الارجاع، تواريخ الصلاحية الابعد، و امكانية سحب الكميات على مراحل وليس دفعة واحدة، العمل السابق مع الجمعية،
• سيتم التواصل فقط مع الموردين المختارين، طريقة الدفع.
