Key Responsibilities
Administrative and Office Support
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence and maintain both physical and digital archives.
Monitor office supplies and prepare purchase requests.
Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
Request quotations and process approved orders in line with procedures.
Meetings and Events
Organize internal and external meetings (invitations, agendas, materials, logistics).
Take minutes when requested and ensure follow-up on action points.
Support the organization of workshops, press conferences, and public events.
Program and Data Support
Assist in the implementation of the Commission’s workplan.
Prepare and update spreadsheets and activity databases.
Monitor media and archive relevant news on the Commission.
Support administrative and financial follow-up for activities.
Qualifications
University degree in business administration, management, or a related field
Minimum 4 years of relevant administrative experience, preferably with NGOs or public institutions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent command of Arabic and English (French is an asset).
Ability to work under pressure, manage priorities, and respect confidentiality.
Contract and Evaluation
Full-time position, based in Beirut.
Performance will be evaluated quarterly by the Executive Director based on punctuality, organizational skills, accuracy, collaboration, ethics, and time management.
