Mada Association is launching a work-based TD for the Establishment of Four Liner Water Ponds and installation of fences for Farmers in Akkar. - Ref: ITB-GFFO2025TRI52 within the framework of the GFFO-funded project “Strengthening local climate-sensitive and universal WASH capacities using and disseminating the Green Humanitarian Aid approach.” , implemented by Mada Association in partnership with arche noVa.
Mada Association intends to select only registered companies/contractors for the Establishment of Four Liner Water Ponds and installation of fences for Farmers in Akkar.

Companies interested in applying must adhere to the below instructions.
Only registered companies can apply to this bid
Registered companies interested in applying should send an Expression of Interest to procurement@mada.org.lb to receive the application documents by November, 03, 2025.
One mandatory site visit will be conducted to the liner water ponds (Whoever intends to submit an offer is required to visit the site), as well as an optional information session, in order to better comprehend the nature of the works, the project's objective, and how to submit the bid. The dates of the visit and the information session are specified in the ITB, along with the attachments that interested parties will receive.
Companies that have obtained the documents must also submit an email to Procurement@mada.org.lb by November 07, 2025, in order to express their interest in participating in the site visit. Non-participants of the site visit will be disqualified
