1. Mandatory eligible Required Documents are as follow:

- Bidder's official registration documents (Copy of commercial register, Copy of commercial broadcasting, Copy of MoF financial number certificate, ID card copy for the institution owner)

- Bidder must sign and stamp the invitation to bid.

- Bidder must fill, sign, and stamp the price offer, Sworn declaration and Third-party beneficiary Identification.

2. The Grading during the evaluation is defined as below:

- Experience (10 Points)

- Price (50 points)

- Quality (25 points)

- Overall time frame (15 points)

3. N.B: LebRelief can drop out the price offers if all the essential required documents are not submitted with the price offer. This call for tender will be conducted using LebRelief standard bidding documents, open to all qualified suppliers.
