Registered Nurse Primary Health clinic

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure all MoPH guidelines and protocols are implemented in the center, and ensure adherence to clinical protocols, best practices and ethical standards
• Perform all activities in the triage properly including vital signs, anthropometric measures, malnutrition screening, recognition of urgent cases, history of the patient, etc.
• Document the daily nursing activities on the internal information system and Phenics
• Monitor the vaccination procedures, administration and reporting
• Review patients’ medical files to ensure accurate documentation of patients’ records by the nurses and medical doctors
• Educate patients and their families on health and wellness topics through awareness sessions and one to one counselling
• On daily basis, check all equipment and supplies in the clinics and oversee filling of all established checklists
• Maintain a clean and hygienic environment in the health center by regularly checking the clinics, the medical equipment and spaces
• Report the HCP activities to Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) on monthly basis through Phenics
• Supervise sterilization procedures; monitoring compliance with standard protocols to ensure patient safety and quality of care
• Work in collaboration with the nursing team to coordinate roles and duties
