About Euromed Clusters Forward:
Euromed Clusters Forward is a 4-year project that aims at establishing and improving clusters legal policies, strengthening clusters capacity & regional cooperation, and strengthening regional value chains. Berytech is the implementing partner of Euromed Clusters Forward in Lebanon, that is funded by the European Union and coordinated by Anima Investment Network with 3 implementing partners and 9 affiliates from the Euromed region.
Background
QOOT, Lebanon’s Agrifood Innovation Cluster, is organizing the Agri-Food Innovation Award (AFIA) 2025 to showcase and celebrate groundbreaking solutions in the Lebanese agri-food sector. To maximize the visibility, impact, and success of this annual flagship initiative, QOOT seeks the support of a qualified communications and PR agency to manage communications, outreach, marketing, sponsorship visibility, and media engagement throughout all phases of the award.
2. Objectives
The selected agency will:
- Enhance the visibility of the Award nationally.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive communications, PR, and marketing plan.
- Support outreach to sponsors, jury members, participants, media, and influencers.
- Provide creative, logistical, and amplification support for the event and its campaigns
PHASE 1: Preparation & Launch (Oct 2025)
Strategic Planning & Branding
- Develop a communications strategy & timeline aligned with QOOT’s objectives.
- Create core messaging and narrative for the 2025 Award (theme, value proposition, new elements).
- Review and refine visual identity, branding, and templates developed by QOOT.
Outreach & Partnership Support
- Draft professional email templates for potential partners, jury members, and participants.
- Conduct outreach and follow-up with corresponding stakeholders.
Marketing & Campaign Setup
- Prepare a 3-month content calendar (Oct–Dec).
- Develop content for the Award’s landing page or dedicated website section.
- Design promotional materials (brochures, digital flyers, sponsorship packages, roll-ups).
Expenditure Planning
- Propose and manage an indicative communications and marketing budget (media buys, paid campaigns, logistics, printing, rentals).
- Support QOOT in identifying and contracting service providers (e.g., audiovisual, photography, branding rentals).
PHASE 2: Application Period Oct – Nov, 2025)
PR & Media Engagement
- Draft and distribute press releases to local and regional media.
- Pitch interviews and features with QOOT spokespersons.
- Secure media partnerships or coverage in agriculture, entrepreneurship, and business outlets.
- Identify paid media placements and manage expenditure allocation.
Digital Campaign
- Run digital awareness campaigns to drive applications (Google Ads, social media boosts).
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly analytics reports.
PHASE 3: Public Voting Period (Nov 6 – Nov 26, 2025)
Digital & Influencer Engagement
- Recommend and implement online tools for transparent voting.
- Develop a digital campaign to promote public participation in voting.
- Identify, onboard, and manage key opinion leaders (influencers, agri-food advocates, sustainability champions).
Outreach Expansion
- Leverage QOOT’s partners, sponsors, and networks for cross-promotion.
PHASE 4: Pitching Day (Nov 26, 2025)
Event Communications & Logistics
- Draft the event script, MC talking points, and messaging for QOOT spokespersons.
- Prepare invitations for media, influencers, and key partners.
- Support with on-site branding and visibility (stage branding, backdrops, banners).
- Coordinate audiovisual and media coverage.
PHASE 5: Award Ceremony (Nov 27, 2025)
Ceremony Communications
- Coordinate media invitations and coverage.
- Develop winner press releases including photos, quotes, and jury highlights.
- Ensure sponsor visibility (branding, mentions, promotional material integration).
- Support live posting and content capture during the ceremony.
Logistical Support
- Coordinate with vendors for rentals (venue branding elements, AV, photography/videography).
- Oversee branding installation and sponsor visibility placements.
PHASE 6: Post-Event Amplification (Dec 2025)
Content & Reporting
- Produce a recap video (ceremony highlights, interviews, testimonials).
- Develop success stories and testimonials to share with sponsors and participants.
- Share a post-event impact report including:
- Media coverage achieved
- Digital reach and analytics
- Sponsor visibility metrics
- Recommendations for 2026 edition
- Communications & PR strategy document (Oct 2025).
- Content calendar and creative assets (Oct–Nov 2025).
- Press releases and media kits (3–4 waves).
- Weekly campaign performance reports.
- Event script, MC talking points, invitations (Nov 2025).
- Post-event impact report with success metrics (Dec 2025).

Qualifications
- Proven experience in developing and implementing strategic communication and branding plans.
- Strong skills in messaging, storytelling, and visual identity development.
- Expertise in digital marketing, including content calendar creation, paid campaigns, and analytics reporting.
- Demonstrated experience in public relations, media engagement, and securing local and regional coverage.
- Experience managing communication strategies for events, including scripting, branding, and media coordination.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership development skills with sponsors, jury members, and partners.
- Ability to manage communication and marketing budgets and oversee service provider contracts.
- Experience in campaign performance measurement and preparation of post-event impact reports.
