1. Communication & Social Media
- Manage and update MUB’s official social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop engaging digital content (posts, visuals, videos, campaigns) to highlight university programs, activities, and success stories.
- Coordinate with faculties, centers, and units to promote their initiatives.
- Ensure consistency across all communication channels.
2. Marketing & Outreach
- Design and implement marketing campaigns for academic programs, events, and bootcamps.
- Produce brochures, newsletters, and promotional materials (print and digital).
- Collaborate with external media and partners to strengthen MUB’s public image.
- Contribute to the development of the university’s website and digital presence.
3. Fundraising & Partnerships
- Support the design and communication of fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
- Develop promotional materials and online content for donor outreach.
- Maintain a database of donors, alumni, and partners.
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, reports, and presentations for fundraising.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience (experience in education, NGOs, or development institutions is a plus).
• Excellent communication and writing skills in Arabic and English (French is an asset).
• Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Canva, etc.).
• Strong organizational, design, and teamwork skills with attention to detail and creativity.
