Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) works for the health and dignity of Palestinians living under occupation and as refugees. MAP is the leading UK charity delivering health and medical care to those worst affected by conflict, occupation and displacement, in the occupied Palestinian territory and Palestinian refugee camps of Lebanon. 

Invitation to Quote:

Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) is pleased to invite your company to submit a quotation for the supply of Laptops and Tablets under the project titled above.

Suppliers may apply for either or both lots (Laptops and/or Tablets).

 

  1. Required Items

Lot 1: Laptops: 

Quantity: 27 Units

Specifications: Core Ultra 7-155H, 8GB DDR5, 512GB NVMe, 16.0" WUXGA, EN/AR Keyboard, Windows 11 (Licensed)

Lot 2: Tablets: 

Quantity: 10 Tablets

Specifications: Samsung Galaxy Tab A9 X110, 8.7", 8GB/128GB, Wi-Fi

 

By submitting an offer for either lot, suppliers confirm that the full quantities requested are available.

2. Offer Submission Requirements:

  • Annex A. Supplier Information (Table - Page 7 in the attached document)
  • Annex B. Financial proposal (signed, and stamped)
    • Lot-1: Laptops (Page 8 in the attached document)
    • Lot-2: Tablets (Page 9 in the attached document)
  • Annex C. Delivery Time and Warranty letter (Page 10 in the attached document)
  • Annex D. Company registration documents (Commercial registration, VAT, MOF and owners’ IDs for shareholders owning 25% or more)
  • Annex E. Product Data Sheets with full technical specifications
  • Annex F. Supplier Proof of experience during the past 3 years and company profile. Suppliers must provide proof of experience in supplying similar IT equipment (laptops, tablets). The proof should include client references, project descriptions, and contact details for verification.

 

3. Offers Submission Method: All the offers must be sent via e-mail to bilal.ghuneim@map-uk.org.

Note: If attachments exceed email size limits, suppliers may send multiple emails. Please include the following in the subject line:

  • RFQ/MAPLB-2025-48
  • Name of your company
  • Number of e-mails that are sent (example: 1/2, 2/2)

4. Submission Deadline:

  • All offers must be submitted no later than Thursday November 6, 2025 Midnight Beirut Time.
  • Late submission: Offers received after the submission deadline may not be considered.
