Project Coordinator at BIAT

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and oversee day-to-day implementation of project activities in line with work plans and budgets.

Ensure proper communication and coordination with partners, municipalities, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.

Prepare and submit progress reports, minutes of meetings, and field updates.

Contribute to project visibility and documentation, including success stories and lessons learned.

Support procurement and logistics processes in coordination with BIAT’s operations team.

Assist in monitoring and evaluation, ensuring data collection and quality control.

Represent BIAT in coordination meetings and donor visits as needed.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Development Studies, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination or management within the NGO or development sector.

Strong understanding of livelihoods, entrepreneurship, or socio-economic development programs.

Excellent communication, reporting, and organizational skills.

Proficiency in English and Arabic (both written and spoken).

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Strong computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).

Familiarity with donor-funded projects and reporting requirements is a plus.
