The Norwegian Refugee Council (NRC) is implementing a shelter rehabilitation project in Ghazze village, West Bekaa, Lebanon. This project aims to repair 150 houses.
The project runs from January 2026 until the end of February 2027. To document progress and impact for key stakeholders, NRC will produce a series of short videos at key milestones, with the final deliverable due by the end of February 2027.
NRC is seeking a qualified Video Production Consultant (individual or firm) to produce seven high-quality short videos (2.5 minutes each) documenting the project from start to finish. These videos will capture the project launch, quarterly progress updates (with one video potentially focusing on a donor or stakeholder field visit), and the final outcomes and impact. The goal is to highlight the rehabilitation process and the human impact of the project in Ghazze.
In addition to the videos, the assignment includes producing a set of high-quality photographic deliverables (20 family “before/after” journeys and a project photo portfolio) to document progress and support reporting/communications. The content is intended primarily for internal/private use, with selective public outreach (including social media) as appropriate, and aims to help viewers feel more connected to the project.

SUBMISSION PROCESS
Closing date for submitting the RFQ is 25 November 2025, at 10:00 . All bids submitted after that date will be rejected.

NRC will follow the two envelop process for this procurement. Failure to comply with the submission instruction will lead to supplier disqualification immediately.
Technical and Financial bids have to be uploaded in a separate designated field, otherwise you offer will be disqualified.
Any bid received via email or merging both financial and technical documents in one folder, will be eliminated.
