Call For Cash Service Provider.

The purpose of this TOR is to deal with a Cash Service Provider (CSP) to deliver cash transfers to beneficiaries under the ECA, MPCA and cash for work components in a safe, efficient, and transparent manner. The selected service provider will handle fund disbursement in coordination with Mouvement Social and Plan International Lebanon.

How to Apply

Interested service providers are invited to submit:

  • Company profile and registration documents;
  • Technical and financial proposals;
  • List of relevant previous experience with NGOs or UN agencies;

    Bids should be sent to the head office in two sealed envelopes: one for the technical proposal (legal documents, certificates, ID of the owner...) and one for the financial proposal, both included in one sealed envelope that should bear the reference number of the tender (BAD 118-2025), Before 3:00 Pm.
