Key Responsibilities
1. Human Resources Management
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle (job posting, shortlisting, interviews, contracts).
- Manage onboarding and induction processes for new staff.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
- Lead performance management systems, staff evaluations, and development plans.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal policies, and ethical standards.
- Develop HR policies and advise management on HR-related matters.
2. Office Management
- Supervise day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and safe working environment.
- Coordinate with service providers for maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
- Manage office budgets, administrative files, and logistical arrangements.
- Provide administrative support to management, including scheduling, correspondence, and reporting.
3. Procurement
- Manage procurement processes for office supplies, equipment, and services.
- Maintain vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure best value for money.
- Ensure transparent and compliant procurement practices.
- Maintain inventory records and oversee cost-effective purchasing.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ proven experience in HR management, office administration, and procurement.
- Strong knowledge of Lebanese labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HR management systems.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and accountability.
Preferred:
- HR professional certification.
- Experience in NGO or similar organizational settings.
Terms of Employment
- Full-time position based in Beirut, Lebanon, renewable subject to performance and funding availability.
- Probation Period: Three (3) months from the date of hire, subject to performance evaluation and confirmation
- Working Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00–18:00, with occasional overtime as required.
- Reporting to the Executive Director.

Since its establishment, FRH has been at the forefront of providing legal aid, strategic litigation, advocacy, and policy reform to ensure access to justice and protection of fundamental rights. Our work combines direct legal services with capacity-building, research, and public advocacy to advance systemic change and strengthen the rule of law in Lebanon.
