Terre des homme - Lausanne is seeking a qualified Part Time MEAL Assistant based in Zahle or surroundings.
Job Purpose / Main Functions:
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Management Assistant provides methodological and technical support to the Tdh programs to ensure the quality of M&E systems and mechanisms applied across the programme working within the framework established by the organization and aligned with global standards.
The M&E Assistant ensures that M&E approaches, methods, tools are standardized, relevant and consistent across all assigned units. He/she plans and implements activities requiring specific M&E expertise in addition to supporting initiatives related to data management and digital data collection platforms.
The M&E Assistant contributes to the development of a dynamic approach to M&E inside and outside Tdh and ensures that M&E is an integral part of all programme units, and that the M&E staff plays a support role for the rest of the programme staff.
The Monitoring, Evaluation and Data Management Assistant ensures that data collected from the field is reliable, ethical, and actionable to improve program quality and strengthen accountability to affected communities.

The M&E Assistant commits to observe discretion on any information related to the organization functioning and to respect the confidentiality of all staff and clients.
She/he will conduct her/his duties in respect of the Charter of Terre des hommes (Tdh) and Tdh Safeguarding Policy. She/he commits to ensure high level of community participation including adults, children, men, women and all those most closely aligned to receive services and will always work in the best interest of the child, family and community.
