Trainer – Soft Skills

 

The Soft Skills Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering engaging training sessions focused on employability and professional development for youth.

The role aims to help participants gain practical skills to enter and succeed in the job market, including writing effective CVs and cover letters, preparing for interviews, and developing essential workplace soft skills such as communication, teamwork, time management, and problem-solving as well as potentially work on their self-development, self-esteem, etc.

 

The trainer will work closely with the DOT Lebanon learning and field teams to ensure that sessions are interactive, youth-centered, and aligned with labor market needs.
