Key Responsibilities:

Respond to student inquiries via WhatsApp and email

Coordinate between tutors, operations, and students

Track tasks, deadlines, and service requests

Maintain organized communication logs and reports

Support daily customer operations and workflow improvements

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Arabic and English

Organized, reliable, and fast at execution

Comfortable with WhatsApp, Google Workspace, and basic spreadsheets

Based in Beirut with full-time availability

Business, HR, IT, or Communication majors preferred
