Tender Invitation – Supply and Installation of Mammography CR System, Cassette, and Lead Protection Materials

humedica is inviting quotations from qualified suppliers for the following items required to equip a prefab room designed for a mammography machine. Kindly refer to the attached room layout image for reference.

1. Lead Protection Sheet

  • Dimensions: 1000 x 2000 mm
  • Thickness: 1.5 mm

2. Lead Shielding Glass

  • Dimensions: 400 x 600 mm
  • Thickness: 10 mm

Quotation Requirements

All submitted quotations must:

  • Adhere strictly to humedica’s specifications.
  • Be signed and stamped by an authorized representative.
  • Include a Certificate of Registration with the Lebanese Ministry of Finance.
  • State all prices in US Dollars (USD).
  • Include TVA, delivery fees, and any other applicable charges.
  • Specify the following:
    • Brands
    • Delivery terms
    • Expected delivery/installation time frame
    • Payment method
    • Validity period of the quotation (The validity period of the quotation must be clearly stated, and effective from the submission deadline)
