JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Case Manager is responsible for overseeing a team of case workers, providing direct supervision, guidance and support to ensure high-quality case management services. This role involves monitoring team performance, facilitating professional development, and ensuring that all cases are handled effectively and ethically. In addition to supervising day-to-day operations, the Senior Case Manager ensures consistent follow-up on cases and promotes collaboration among multidisciplinary teams. The Senior Case Manager plays a key leadership role in promoting stability and empowerment for beneficiaries through coordinated, comprehensive support.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Supervise and provide direct oversight to a team of case workers;
· Conduct regular follow-up on case progress and team performance;
· Provide guidance, support and coaching to case workers on different cases and thematics;
· Ensure all case management practices comply with organizational policies, ethical standards, national and international guidelines;
· Review and approve action plans, case notes and interventions;
· Ensure a proper documentation of files prepared by case workers,
· Facilitate team meetings, case reviews and coordination with multidisciplinary teams;
· Monitor workload distribution and adjust assignments to optimize team efficiency;
· Support the professional development of case workers through training and performance evaluations;
· Coordinate with external service providers, agencies and stakeholders to ensure continuity of care;
· Serve as a focal point for referrals, coordination and case management support;
· Contribute to program development, quality improvement and reporting as needed;
· Coordinate with partners and donors to ensure effective service delivery, reporting and alignment with program goals;
· Participate to workshops, trainings, team activities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
· Master’s degree in social work;
· Proven experience in case management, preferably with a focus on integrated service delivery;
· Proven experience in managing and supporting teams in a humanitarian or social service context;
· Knowledge of community resources, social services and relevant ethical standards;
· Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills;
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team;
· Cultural competence and sensitivity to diverse populations and backgrounds;
· Strong understanding of case management principles, protection frameworks and ethical guidelines;
· Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel).

CONDITIONS
· Full-Time working hours: 5 days per week, 8 hours per day, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm.
· Willingness to travel abroad for work requirements, meetings and conferences (where applicable).
