- Markets and sales books to different schools.
- Follows up and distributes book orders to schools and libraries in Lebanon according to invoices issued by the accounting officer
- Receives returned books from schools and libraries in Lebanon and delivers them to the storekeeper officer.
- Collects payments from customers based on receipts issued by the accounting officer.
- Prepares the publishing house's pavilion at the Beirut Book Fair and other schools in order to display Makassed books and collections.
- Maintains the privacy and confidentiality of work and any information he obtains through his job.
