The project will be implemented in the below-mentioned areas in the North Lebanon and Akkar areas, as specified in the tender documents.

The selected contractor will be responsible for the cost and risks for up to final agreed delivery location. Contractor shall furnish all the necessary materials, tools and equipment, labor, supervision, and other services, for the satisfactory and timely completion of the work in accordance with this Contract.
The implementation plan for the construction and installation of the chicken coops be coordinated between arche nova team and the contractor, to be implemented at the 38 sites mentioned above.
The service will include the use of appropriate machinery, tools, and equipment for the efficient completion of the installation, with all required labor provided by trained personnel. The installation team will work to ensure that all elements are properly aligned, securely fixed, and functioning optimally.
The transport of materials and machinery to the site will be arranged as part of the service, ensuring that everything needed for the setup is available on-site when required. The field engineer or an appointed supervisor will oversee the installation process to ensure that it adheres to the agreed-upon technical specifications and standards.
Upon completion, the setup will be thoroughly inspected and tested, and any necessary adjustments or calibrations will be made to ensure full functionality.

Clarifications
Any request for clarification must be submitted by email to Lebanon.procurement@arche-nova.org or Lebanon.procurementassistant@arche-nova.org maximum by January 11, 2026. All responses to clarifications will be communicated to bidders by January 12, 2026.
Bidders shall apply to supply the chicken coops to the 38 identified backyard gardens/sites in the abovementioned areas.

2- Clarification Meeting / Information Session
An optional information session is scheduled on Thursday, January 8, 2026 at arche nova offices (Tripoli, Al Mina Street, Nakhlet El Shate' Building, 2nd Floor, opposite Dado Land) between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM to explain about the activity, answers questions and provide additional information to facilitate the understanding of the bid requirement.

7.1 Response Format
The tender shall consist of original paper copies placed in a sealed, non-identifiable envelope Labelled only Tender Reference:
[AN-ITB-LB-2024-11] – “Construction and installation of Wooden Chicken Coops in for 38 backyard gardens in North Lebanon and Akkar”
This envelope will be containing two separate sealed, stamped and/or signed envelopes:
- Technical Proposal: Include all required documents related to technical qualifications and experience, clearly labeled "Technical Proposal."
- Financial Proposal: Include the financial offer “Price BoQ”, clearly labeled "Financial Proposal."
