Provider Money Transfer Service

HADATHA Association is a national NGO established in 13/03/2006 and registered at MOI under number 87/A.D to support the roles of various community segments by developing their capabilities, and reduce economic vulnerability by promoting their skills, and facilitating community access to social, humanitarian, and development work.

The selected service provider will ensure timely, safe, and transparent transfer of funds to beneficiaries through accessible payout mechanisms in both USD and LBP, in compliance with Lebanese financial regulations and Hadatha’s operational standards.

Interested service providers must:

Be a registered and licensed financial institution or authorized money transfer company operating in Lebanon.

Demonstrate a minimum of three (3) years of experience in money transfer or humanitarian cash disbursement services.

Provide proof of registration, tax compliance, and financial standing.

Submissions must include:

Company Profile and Registration Documents

Technical Proposal, including:

Operational coverage

Description of transfer process

Security and compliance framework

Reporting and reconciliation methods

Financial Proposal, including:

Fee structure (per transaction, percentage, or flat)

Exchange rate policy and applied margins

Any additional or optional costs

References from previous clients (preferably NGOs or UN agencies)

Incomplete or late submissions will not be considered.
