Enterprise Engagement & Profiling Specialist

*This position is based on funding.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Mapping & Engagement

  • Conduct mapping of enterprises across target areas.
  • Engage employers and present ENABLE objectives and wage subsidy mechanisms.
  • Assess enterprise capacity, working conditions, and inclusion readiness.

Job Profiling & Matching

  • Develop detailed job profiles including required skills, working hours, and conditions.
  • Support matching of beneficiaries to enterprise needs using structured tools.
  • Participate in validation meetings with beneficiaries and employers.

Inclusive Employment Support

  • Assess accessibility and accommodation needs for PWD inclusion.
  • Recommend practical enterprise adaptations in line with project budget.
  • Support employers in understanding inclusive employment practices.

Coordination & Documentation

  • Maintain enterprise database and documentation.
  • Support placement agreements and employer compliance.
  • Contribute to monitoring and reporting.

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Labour Studies, or related
    field.
  • Minimum 5 years experience working with private sector engagement or labour
    market initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of SME environments in Lebanon.
  • Experience in inclusive employment is an asset.
