Employment Officers / Social Workers (3 Positions) - ILO

*This position is based on funding.

Key Responsibilities
Beneficiary Outreach & Profiling
• Coordinate with SDCs and MoSA referral systems.
• Conduct individual beneficiary profiling and vulnerability assessments.
• Identify employment barriers and support needs.

Counselling & Preparation
• Provide individual counselling and guidance.
• Support beneficiaries during training and placement phases.
• Manage expectations and promote job readiness.

Placement & Follow-up
• Support matching of beneficiaries with enterprises.
• Conduct workplace visits and follow-up meetings.
• Mediate issues between beneficiaries and employers.

Monitoring & Reporting
• Maintain beneficiary files and attendance records.
• Collect monitoring data disaggregated by gender and disability.
• Contribute to progress reports and case studies.

Required Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in livelihoods, employment, or social services.
• Experience working with vulnerable populations.
• Strong communication and case management skills.
• Arabic required; working English preferred.
