Video Content Creator and presenter

NO2TA is seeking a creative women Video Content Creator to ideate, propose, produce and present original video content and recurring video series for the organization’s digital platforms. The role is responsible for producing engaging video concepts, presenting these ideas for review and approval, and leading the full production process from filming to final delivery while ensuring alignment with NO2TA’s mission and objectives. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and propose original video ideas and recurring content series that reflect NO2TA’s feminist values, campaigns, and advocacy priorities.

Present video concepts, formats, and storytelling approaches to the communications team for review, feedback, and approval.

Lead All the production of approved video content and series, including scripting, filming, directing, and editing.

Conduct on-ground filming and street interviews to capture community voices, lived experiences, and public perspectives relevant to NO2TA’s work.

Adapt filming approaches based on location, audience sensitivity, and campaign context.

Stay informed about digital trends while ensuring content remains grounded in feminist and rights-based principles.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES

Proven ability to ideate, pitch, and execute video content and digital series.

Strong mobile video shooting and editing skills, with a clear understanding of storytelling for social impact and social media platforms.

Confident and engaging on-camera presence, with clear articulation and the ability to communicate sensitive topics responsibly.

Ability to present creative ideas and video concepts clearly and persuasively within the team.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly, particularly in community and public spaces.

Comfortable working in dynamic, on-ground environments and engaging with diverse groups.

Strong memorization skills and the ability to deliver scripts, key messages, and talking points accurately.
