Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of FRH’s advocacy strategy and annual action plan.
- Supervise the advocacy and communications team, ensuring effective coordination and accountability.
- Ensure quality control of all advocacy materials and outputs before dissemination.
- Lead and coordinate legislative and policy reform initiatives with parliamentarians, ministries, and partners.
- Oversee public advocacy campaigns, media engagement, and communication strategies.
- Represent FRH in national, regional, and international policy and advocacy platforms.
- Develop and apply an advocacy monitoring and evaluation framework with clear indicators.
- Ensure compliance with FRH policies and donor requirements across departmental operations.

Minimum Requirements
- Master’s degree in Law, International Relations, Political Science, Human Rights, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in advocacy, policy, or human rights, including at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Proven experience leading advocacy strategies, legislative initiatives, and team management.
- Strong understanding of Lebanese and international human rights frameworks and mechanisms.
- Excellent written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Demonstrated leadership, strategic thinking, and professionalism.
Terms of Employment
- Full-time position based in Beirut, Lebanon, renewable subject to performance and funding availability.
- Probation Period: Three (3) months from the date of hire, subject to performance evaluation and confirmation
- Reporting to the Executive Director
