Consultancy Background

Impactful reporting is an essential component of any project. Managing and analyzing data becomes therefore a very important part of the MEAL department’s tasks and responsibilities as leveraging data creates a competitive advantage for the organization.

Consultancy Objectives

To deliver a training program on how to manage, analyze and report data for impactful reporting.

Scope of work

The scope of work includes the following:

• Deliver a hands-on interactive, in person, training for 18 hours over 3 days (outlines to be provided by the trainer including practical tools to be used for data management and data analysis)
• The training should allow practical and actionable learnings that can be directly applied in the daily work with real-life case studies and examples
• Topics to be covered should include, but not be limited to:
  • data lifecycle
  • data modeling,
  • database design,
  • database management,
  • data quality
  • data analysis
  • data visualization
  • use of automation and artificial intelligence in data management and data analysis

Deliverables:

The trainer will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Deliver a high-quality training program to selected Majmoua staff.
• Submit a report of the training program delivered

Confidentiality

All findings and data must remain confidential. A Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) will be signed before the engagement.

Duration of the Assignment

• The assessment should be completed within 1 month with
• The assignment is expected to start Mid-Feb 2026 and end before March 31, 2026.

Qualifications and Experience

• Data management, data analysis and data reporting proven expertise
• Previous experience in Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E)
• Advanced level in using Excel (pivot table, Charts, data validation, formulas)
• Excellent command of data visualization tools (Microsoft power BI)
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
