Accountant - ( kesrwan - Matn area)

  1. Financial Transactions & Management
  • Oversee recording and verification of all financial transactions ensuring compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
  • Supervise accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Manage and review complex reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
  1. Financial Reporting & Analysis
  • Prepare and review comprehensive financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statements) in compliance with relevant accounting standards
  • Lead the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis, identify trends, and provide insights to support strategic business decisions.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data for external reporting.
  1. Account Reconciliation
  • Oversee bank reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable reconciliations, and general ledger reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts and statements.
  1. Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Lead the budgeting process, coordinating with departments to prepare realistic budgets aligned with organizational goals.
  • Monitor budget performance and variance analysis; provide recommendations to senior management for corrective actions.
  • Assist in financial forecasting and long-term financial planning.
  1. Compliance and Auditing
  • Ensure full compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external audits, prepare audit schedules and documentation, and implement audit recommendations.
  • Maintain and update financial policies and procedures, ensuring effective internal controls.
  1. Cash and Asset Management
  • Oversee cash management including petty cash, bank transactions, and donations.
  • Ensure timely payments to suppliers and manage related documentation and approvals.
  • Supervise asset accounting and depreciation schedules.

 

  1. Team Leadership and Development
  • Mentor, guide, and review work of junior accountants and finance staff.
  • Facilitate training and development opportunities to enhance team skills and knowledge.

  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration and Special Projects
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support operational efficiency.
  • Lead or support special projects such as system implementations, process improvements, or financial policy updates.

 

Educational Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is highly desirable.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 to 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience.
  • Proven experience in preparing financial statements, managing reconciliations, and supporting audits.
