Cultural Hub Supervisor – Project Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations at Hona Beirut.

• Plan monthly activity schedules and coordinate strategy meetings with the core group.

• Organize community and outreach events.

• Track youth participation and follow up on social cohesion, conflict transformation, and mental health awareness sessions.

• Coordinate with trainers on reports, payments, and documentation.

• Prepare youth stipends, payment sheets, invoices/receipts.

• Manage Instagram posts, stories, and captions.

 

Skills Required

• Over 2 years of experience

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Experience in community, cultural, or youth-focused projects

• Ability to provide guidance, mentorship, and daily supervision to youth

• Ability to work PM shifts (1:00 PM – 9:00 PM)

• Good understanding of the local context and sensitivities of Hona Beirut’s target areas: Chiyah, Ain El Remmeneh, Ghobiry, Tarik Jdeede, Sabra, and Chatila

• Basic financial and administrative skills (invoices, stipends, tracking sheets)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work independently and proactively
