Project Manager – Stouh Beirut

Job Description 

Stouh Beirut is seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead the implementation and development of the project Femmes du Soleil, with a strong focus on donor relations, proposal writing, and fundraising.

The Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality project delivery while actively contributing to resource mobilization, partnerships, and the sustainability of the project through successful funding applications.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

Lead the overall planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the project.

Develop detailed work plans, timelines, budgets, and activity reports.

Supervise field staff and ensure quality of project outputs.

Ensure compliance with donor requirements and internal procedures.

Fundraising & Donor Relations (Core Focus)

Identify and applying on relevant local and international funding opportunities.

Lead the writing of project proposals, concept notes, and grant applications.

Prepare logical frameworks, budgets, and indicators for donors.

Maintain relationships with donors, partners, and funding agencies.

Coordinate reporting to donors (narrative and financial in collaboration with finance).

Qualifications & Profile

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Project Management,Business, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or related field.

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in NGO project management.

Proven experience in fundraising, proposal writing, and donor reporting.

Strong knowledge of international donors (UN agencies, EU, embassies, foundations, INGOs).

Excellent writing skills in English (mandatory); Arabic required; French is an asset.

Ability to develop budgets and logframes.

Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.

Based in Lebanon and available for field visits.
